Our price promise could not be simpler. If you have made a confirmed reservation through this website and find a cheaper rate for the same reservation with the same terms and conditions anywhere in cyberspace we will match the price you find.

You will need to provide us with your reservation number and full details on the cheaper rate which you have found so that we can verify it. And you must inform us of the cheaper rate within 24 hours of making your reservation.

Please also note that our price promise only pertains to rates which can be seen and verified online. It does not apply to non-internet offers or to holders of special discount numbers, membership cards etc.

Refunds for the difference in rates will be made to the credit card used at the time of booking.
