Climb the Wall with likeminded Travellers!

Dragon Bus gives you the opportunity to experience the Great Wall with like minded travelers from the world over!

Arrive at our nominated Hostel in Beijing to join the group. Perhaps arrive early and enjoy a local breakfast before setting off with the group?

Leaving Beijing the western guide gives an outline of the City as we leave it for the Wall. Arrival at one of the Wonders of the World is a great experience.

The Badaling Section of the Great Wall has been restored to its past glory, and allows you to really experience the grandeur of this ancient wonder.

Dragon Bus as backpacker experts include more Wall and less “shopping!” Enough time to hike, climb and photograph this UNESCO listed wonder. Take the cable car to the top and walk down or test your endurance and climb up and back, “Its your choice!” After this visit a working Jade factory where there’s no pressure to buy or is it the focus of the day we’ll return to Beijing.

On arrival back in the Capital we’ll visit the Tongrentang Traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy. Tongrentang has been around since 1669, and while hearing an overview of TCM, you’ll get to relieve your aches with a 45 minute foot massage! Once finished its back to the Hostel, where many decide to stay longer and join the group for dinner at a local restaurant.
